  1. Service Quality: If you’re dissatisfied with the quality of our repair service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. Our team will review your case and, if the service is found to be substandard, we will offer a re-service or a refund. 
  2. Product Returns: For accessory purchases, items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective. 
  3. Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, please report it to us within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange for a return and, upon inspection, offer a refund or a replacement. 
  4. Non-Refundable Services: Custom services or special orders are not eligible for refunds.

 Additional Notes:  – Shipping fees are non-refundable. – For products returned due to a customer’s change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. – Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
