• Other information (such as product reviews, survey responses, and participation in promotions).

How we use information you give to us

Registration: we use your name and contact details to create your 3GMRC account and to fulfil our contract with you when you place an order.

Order fulfilment, payments and refunds: we use your contact details to deliver eSIM activation codes and order confirmations, and your payment information to process payments and issue refunds.

Account notifications: we use your contact details to send important account information, such as order confirmations, data-usage alerts, eSIM expiry reminders, account-settings changes, and notices about updates to the Service or these terms.

Improving the Service: we use your communications and contact history, along with profile information, to operate, protect, improve and personalise the Service.

Analytics and quality assurance: we may use the information you provide to train our staff, improve our services, and perform internal analytics and performance monitoring.

Marketing: we may use your contact details to deliver communications about new products, promotions, or referral programmes. You can opt out at any time (see "Direct Marketing" below).

When We Share Your Information

We share your information with the following categories of recipients as a necessary part of providing the Service:

• Our affiliates and group companies.
• eSIM network and connectivity partners who provision your data plans and roaming services.
• Payment service providers, fraud prevention partners, and card-issuing banks.
• Professional service providers who help us run our business — including marketing partners, software vendors, hosting and analytics providers, and consultants.
• Government and law enforcement agencies, where we are required to (i) comply with a legal process, subpoena, order, or other legal or regulatory requirement; (ii) enforce our Terms of Service; or (iii) pursue available legal remedies or defend legal claims.

Industry-standard encryption is used to protect personal information during transmission across the Internet, and payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment service provider over a secured network.

We encourage you to take reasonable measures to protect your password and your device. Sign out of your account and close your browser window if you are using a shared or public computer.

Keeping Your Information

We keep your information for as long as you have an account, or as long as we need it to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. We may retain some information as required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, or for other permissible purposes. When we no longer need to keep your information, we will either delete it from our systems or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you.

Children's Privacy

The Service is operated from Australia.
